Images and descriptions displayed on the site are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product. Product availability is confirmed within 24 hours of placing an order at the latest.
If a product is unavailable at the time the order is confirmed, the company will refund the order value to the customer's bank account or the payment method used.
Shipping costs vary depending on the carrier responsible for delivering the order, and are determined based on weight and the customer's geographic area.
Shipping fees are collected from the customer at order confirmation or upon receiving the goods, depending on the selected payment method.
Returns of sold materials are not accepted after 15 days from the invoice date. Items must be in their original packaging or containers and in good condition suitable for resale, and are subject to inspection by our factories' quality department.
No product that has been used or opened by the customer may be returned. If a return is accepted, 15% of the original goods' value is deducted to cover handling, repackaging, and return-shipping costs to the main warehouses.
